2018 Idea House
This 2700 square-foot cottage has classic Craftsman-style curb appeal, with modern looks and fresh innovations inside. Located less than a mile from the town beach, it epitomizes what buyers are looking for today: a smaller home that lives large in a tight-knit neighborhood, plenty of bespoke built-ins, luxury amenities – including VIP guest quarters, a home gym, a dedicated media room, a sauna, and a butler’s pantry – and an easy-care backyard designed for ultimate “staycation” living.
To achieve this comprehensive comfort, the Evolution system was a necessity. The Evolution system is an advanced communicating system. Capable of delivering high-efficiency performance and total home comfort in both warm and cold conditions. With an Evolution system, you have more control of temperature, humidity, indoor air quality, fan speed, and ventilation in your home. As a communicating system, it can even detect when your air filter needs to be replaced and when service is needed. This, of course, is a job for AGS.
It Takes an Evolution to Achieve Complete Comfort
The 2018 Idea House is built with the most innovative and desired home improvement equipment on the market. The Bryant Evolution systems, installed in the Idea House, are loaded with the most sought after features available in heating and cooling. The system delivers high-efficiency performance and total home comfort in extreme hot or cold conditions and provides homeowners with the utmost control in temperature, humidity, indoor air quality, fan speed and ventilation.

She's Got What it Takes
Rachel Sylvain, Lead Project Manager at AGS HVAC Services, has what it takes to be a leader in the male-dominated heating and cooling industry. On any given day, you can find her in the field directing cranes, ordering parts, quoting jobs, compiling installation schedules, verifying equipment – and the list goes on. Sylvain is a “do-er” and not afraid to tackle upscale projects, so when the opportunity to install two Bryant Evolution systems in the This Old House Idea House arose, she knew she was the right person for the job.
Bryant is committed to hardworking women like Rachel who go above and beyond year-round to provide outstanding customer service and grow the Bryant brand. For the last two years Rachel has attended the Bryant Women in HVAC conference, an annual event to share ideas, foster inclusivity and create an environment where women can excel in the heating and cooling industry. Rachel loves her career, and although being a woman in HVAC has its struggles, she knows that Bryant is there to provide her with the tools and resources necessary to do her job well while also lifting her up with exciting opportunities.
