Rachel Sylvain

The co-owner of AGS HVAC Services since 2022, Rachel knows what it means to offer clients the very best. She also understands the challenges of succeeding as a woman in a male-dominated trade. After attending a Bryant Women in HVAC conference in 2017, Rachel—then an office manager—knew she would climb her way up the so-called ladder. Today she stands as CEO of AGS and oversees a social media movement bringing awareness to the trade. A graduate of Bishop Connolly, Rachel was an all-star catcher for her high school softball team. She also loves live music (especially Dierks Bentley), and enjoys planning parties and remodeling her home.
